Dear Parent/Guardian:

We are indeed grateful to God for His protection and guidance throughout the Silver Jubilee Year of the School 2009-2010.  We are committed to our Vision “Into Light” and Mission “Education in Pursuit of Excellence” during the last 25 years and will endeavour to provide a dynamic learning environment that promotes academic achievement with values of honesty, integrity and empower the students to communicate effectively.

1.1: ASSISTANT  TEACHERS  AND  ACADEMIC  CO-ORDINATORS:

-     Assistant Teachers will be appointed w.e.f. the next Academic Year 2010-2011 to assist the Teachers in the implementation of  the Academic schedule in Kindergarten classes.

-     Academic Co-ordinators who will be responsible to facilitate the Micro Lesson Plan of the teachers, correction work, progress of the students and remedial measures of slow learners in all classes upto Std.X.

2.1: TRANSPORT FACILITY: Transport facility will be extended upto Bhimavaram, W.G.Dist., and Razole, E.G.Dist. w.e.f. next Academic Year 2010-2011.

3.1: ANNUAL  EXAMINATIONS - 2010

a) Annual Examinations 2010 for Kindergarten to Std.VIII will be conducted from 07.04.2010 to 17.04.2010.

b) Time-table together with portions for Jr.Kg. to Std.VIII will be given in the School Diaries.

c) Results for Jr.Kg. to Std.VIII will be declared as per the following schedule.  Marks statement can be collected from the concerned Vice-Principals:

d) School fee for the months of April and May,2010 should be remitted by 05.04.2010 along with Transport fee for the month of April,2010.  Fee defaulters, Birth certificate and T.C. due students will not be permitted to appear for the Annual Examinations.

4.1: STANDARD X – 2010-2011: Std.X classes will be conducted upto 30th April, 2010.  Cycle Test-I will be conducted in the last week of April,2010.  Summer vacation is from 01st May, 2010 to  30th May, 2010.  Classes for the next Academic Year will commence from 01st June, 2010.

5.1: STUDENT DATA BASE:  Parents are requested to update the Student Data Base for the next Academic Year which will be issued in due course with communication Address, Telephone Number, transport facility, the location/Bus stop along with one(1) latest passport size photograph.  Please return the duly checked/corrected student Data Base Proforma to the respective Class teachers by 29.03.2010.

6.1: TEXT BOOKS,  NOTE BOOKS  AND  UNIFORM 2010-2011:  The New shirting Uniform material as notified vide our Circular No.04028 dated 20.02.2010 will be available in the Stores from April,2010.  Students can procure the set of Text books, Note books and Uniform for the next Academic Year 2010-2011.

7.1: SMART  CLASS  PROGRAM:  We  thank you for your encouragement in implementing Smart Class program which has created a stimulating learning Environment with multi media digital resources and students are able to comprehend better and learn the concepts in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Economics and Civics.

 
 8.1: SUMMER  VACATION  &  REOPENING:  The last working day for this Academic Year is 17.04.2010.  SUMMER VACATION STARTS FROM 18.04.2010 To 13.06.2010.   The School reopens on MONDAY, 14.06.2010 after SUMMER VACATION.  The Office Timings during the vacation  May,2010 will be from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

  9.1: HOSTEL FACILITIES:  Hostel accommodation with modern amenities is available separately for boys and girls and if you require the facility an Application should be submitted in the School Office.

10.1: NEW ADMISSIONS – 2010-2011:  Application and prospectus for Admissions into Kindergarten and Std.I to IX will be issued from 20.03.2010 at the School Reception. 

-     Admissions into Kindergarten (Jr.Kg.) will commence from 25.03.2010 at 10:00 A.M. 
              
-     Sr.Kg. and Std.I to IX on Saturday, 03.04.2010 at 9:30 A.M. and thereafter on all working days of the School.

-     SPECIAL FEE  (Payable in JUNE each Year)     :   Rs.1500/-

-     TUITION FEE  PAYABLE  FOR  EACH  TERM  ON 15TH OF JUNE, OCTOBER & FEBRUARY.  LATE  FEE  IS  APPLIED  @  RS.3/-  PER  DAY  AFTER  THE  DUE  DATES.

-     OPTION TO PAY THE TUITION FEE ON A MONTHLY BASIS  IS  AVAILABLE ON WRITTEN  REQUEST.

-     ID  CARD  CHARGES  AND  CCA  FEE  ARE  NOT  APPLICABLE  w.e.f.  2010-11.

-     STUDENTS  WHO  ARE  PROMOTED  CAN  PAY  THE  FEE  FOR  THE  NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR  i.e. 2010-2011  DURING  SUMMER  VACATION. 

12.1: WITHDRAWALS:  Students intending to leave should be withdrawn at the end of the School year or at the end of the Term.  Students leaving at the end of School year can apply for Transfer Certificate during summer vacation.  Those who apply for T.C. in June should pay the special fee for the year and tuition fee for the First Term.   A written notice of withdrawal should be given during the Term or else the fee for the following Term will be charged. 

13.1: VACATION  BIBLE  SCHOOL VBS classes will be conducted by the Vacation Bible School and Child Education Ministries, Bangalore as follows:

Snacks will be served at the School Cafeteria.  Transport facility for the local students and from Chittavaram, Digamarru, Sagamcheruvu and Palakol will be provided to attend       VBS classes. Students who wish to participate can remit the fee to the Librarian  Mr. K. Rameswara Rao  on/before  30.03.2010.

Finally, please take notice that some unknown persons with vested interest are once again spreading false and baseless rumours that there will be a change in Management of the School with malicious intent to cause confusion and doubt and to damage the good name and reputation of J. Sikile School.  However, we wish to reiterate our stated position as per our earlier Circular No.03446 dated 24 July, 2009 and will continue to provide quality education moving forward with technology and innovative teaching strategies.
